Justice is a tricky concept. In a nation of 1.5 billion people, how many truly understand justice ? Only those free from bias and past trauma, who view every human life as equal to their own, can truly value justice. If we filter people based on caste, creed, religion, language, colour, or physical appearance, how many individuals would genuinely seek universal justice? How many within the Indian justice system and its organisations meet these criteria? This must change. If you add trauma from history and its consequences on people. There isn’t secure, confident and trustworthy people you will find even in your family. The definition of better “if you can exploit someone without any consequences”. erasing someone else’s line to make your own look longer.
Let’s look at the controversy surrounding ethanol blending. While many people are vocal about their concerns, it feels as though the government is ignoring them. People often suggest that the worst-case scenario is that the minister responsible gets sacked, but that misses the point; the real issue is the scale of human suffering this could cause.
The fundamental questions remain: if this policy is supposedly effective, why haven’t we seen transparent conceptual proofs? Specifically, how will it impact the lifespan of our vehicles? We need to consider scenarios like a heavy-duty crane failing mid-operation, or a car carrying a family of five breaking down on a high-speed expressway.
If such a failure occurs, who will be held accountable? What would the punishment be for those who implemented this policy? Furthermore, is there a reliable process in place to track and verify if engine failures are directly caused by ethanol blending? Before such a policy is fully implemented, is there a comprehensive legal document that protects the common citizen? Without these safeguards, the situation causes unnecessary mental exhaustion for the public. We already know that putting diesel in a petrol car—or vice versa—causes catastrophic damage, often resulting in repair costs exceeding 5,000 units. Why should this be any different? . you can’t imagine the number of scams and scammer from particular state.
A movement, a strike, or public outrage will not fix the bureaucratic corruption created during the colonial era. Just one signature of independence paper will not transform people who hate Bharat into people who love Bharat—keep that in mind. This was the infrastructures to colonise you not uplift your life. If you want freedom for yourself then let’s forge it. Not a single institution see you as you are one of them.
- Judiciary: Judges cannot protect a citizenry they were trained to oppress.
- Military & Police: You cannot expect them to be nationalistic or protective when their origins lie in the suppression of our own freedom fighters.
- Legal & Administrative: Lawyers and collectors cannot serve the people when their professional lineages are rooted in British-era exploitation.
- Economy: Our industrial infrastructure was never meant to empower us; it was designed to drain our resources and plunder our sovereignty.
Things are getting worse every day life is ruined by Fire, accidents, disappearances, kidnappings, and building collapses—everything must be properly monitored with clear accountability. Any statement made by a leader or organisation will carry a state guarantee in the form of money, bonds, land, or jobs, so people know exactly what will happen if things go wrong.
There is no second chance with human life ›
- Three traffic challans = driver’s license suspended for life.
- Driving without a license = prison with hard labor as a state prison worker.
- Food adulteration = banned from profession and jailed for life.
- Accusations of corruption = suspension from the job.
- Flawed development of infra ,roads bridges, pipeline = life long ban from department
- Job due to doctored documents, ban for life in any department even family members banned as well, those who fail to do background verification banned for life. ………..and so on and on …..
Valuables, and evidence is being stolen from police stations, bank lockers, government offices. SEBI financial institutions are scamming public without any insurance or safety cover. Mafia dump stolen product in roads in broad daylight, and justice is powerless because the legal system can’t use it as evidence; the poor cannot dump stolen coal or sand they had 5% illegals to build 100% authentic dream, yet they cannot escape the consequences. there are no rules that effectively hold the guilty accountable. Leadership runs the system based on their own mindsets, with no genuine institutional structure in place . They just give compensatory money on loss of life. there should be no protection based on age limits for crime if parents have failed to educate their children. Someone must pay the bills: they should face the full weight of the charges.
Law should be protecting every human body at any cost. if anyone physically harms another, the punishment is life imprisonment or chose by victims family—no “ifs,” “ands,” or “buts.”. Guilty must bear the associated financial costs. A guilty person must pay all legal fees and costs, and they will be tracked and monitored using modern tools and software.
When recruiting new judges, lawyers, police personal, IAS, into systems that hold power and influence over others, candidates must be 100% ethical, moral, and patriotic; there should be no second thoughts about this. Human life matters. Any system that fails should be scrapped and replaced with a backup team. We should always hire 50% more staff than needed, keeping them on standby to take charge.
Judges must be familiar with the cultural and ethical nuances of the cases they oversee. We will build courts based on regional, linguistic, and religious expertise, while ensuring a top common standard and cross-belief representation, all backed by strict punishments. Individuals already in office who are found guilty will not be granted any form of remorse; we must set a benchmark for who we consider fully responsible and accountable.
No organisation or individual should be permitted to conduct public administration if they are not prepared to accept full responsibility and accountability. This process will be instilled in people through academics. Everyone must adhere to common social laws that respect the individuality of others. We should minimise fraud case registrations; if you are an adult, you cannot claim you were cheated unless you have a government-stamped contract. We need to create, promote, and teach these systems to every person in our country.
Every institution must be built upon accountability, responsibility, and modern understanding. It will be dynamic, with a three-level retrospective cross-check process. All cases and reports will be in the public domain, handled with care to prevent misuse.
If there are no results, jobs will be forfeited. If a person is proven to have committed 3-5 corrupt actions against the core values of the system, they will be suspended, and every penny they earned will be recovered at any cost. This rule will apply even if they distributed that money or advantage to relatives or others.
The core issue is that these organisations were established by foreigners to control us. We must fix this. We should take lessons from Indian schools of thought or foreign models, but it must be a collective decision of 60% of the population, supported by government-assisted rules, so that local, cultural, and native understandings are preserved. My core values remain: food, love, fear, perception, and freedom. These cannot be compromised. You are free to do whatever you want, provided you do not hurt anyone physically, and we will use technology to monitor anything that could cause physical harm.
Let’s build a justice system for ourselves. What matters most? Let’s take a poll on everything. We can build a module for this cause, ask users to vote, and validate the authenticity of the results. From the bottom up, let’s build something that keeps everyone safe and civilised. Let’s build a model that functions on integrity, accountability, and responsibility. Let’s understand people—their aspirations, actions, and purposes—from the day they are born through all their social functions, without compromising their individuality.
Do not have children if you intend to force your idea of life upon them; let the laws and order that you build—or support—raise them well. Protect and nurture them. Are you man enough to do that? Can you trust the prominent figures of our time to do what is right without bias? If not, let’s build a new path.
Reason through everything you know so far. Let’s protect human values and human life. Two parties should be able to agree on terms and conditions, including the punishments if something goes wrong, and the state will protect them while ensuring they comply with the state’s minimum penalties.
If what I am saying makes sense to you, contribute based on your capability—whether through ideas, songs, articles, dance, rules, teaching, money, infrastructure, or organisation.
The Judiciary’s situation is tormenting. There is a high need for a new code of law. When police hurt someone, they get away with it because they are “staff”—it is a community within a community. We must build a sense of belonging among the people so they do not take the law into their own hands. We must build a system that lets you sleep like a baby, knowing that if you are hurt, your government will protect you at any cost.
Let’s establish a minimum punishment for every crime. If the victim or their family wants a punishment stricter than the current law, the government should adhere to it. Justice is not set of standards by intellectuals; it is for the victim and people affected by it.
There should be no special courts courts but expert courts. If a father allows his son to drive a car and that son causes harm, the father will face the charges. There is no other option.
It should be as simple as possible. If two parties are in disagreement and accusing one another, the government or the court can’t decide what constitutes justice. We must have laws and rules for everything if at the end court will decide. We have the technology to place a digital stamp on every type of transaction as complex as marriages; if a court must intervene, it must know the conditions under which the contract or transaction began. This should be part of the education system, keeping core values intact.
We must build a blockchain based system to track officials and institution activities. so that the government cannot overlook any errors. Let’s think about justice domain. Do not act like a helpless victim; let’s build something together. If you have any suggestions to fix integrity in the judiciary create something around it. We must select judges in any panel based on cultural, linguistic, and native beliefs backgrounds so they understand how people feel about the justice they deserve. If I scold you in English and you do not understand the language, you will never feel the weight of the abuse; it must be delivered in the language people understand and feel.
I do not want idealistic ideas in the justice system rather real one; it must be real and have a real impact. Let’s look at the current court infrastructure: SC → HC → DC → FC → Tribunals → Panchayats. There is no bond of accountability when things go wrong due to judiciary. government should compensate proactively on each flawed action. We have the technology to maintain a real code of law to fix and build everything from the basic benchmark for future generations.
There are thousands of use cases, but I want to make sense of the basic idea of justice—not determined by a selected few. What is the penalty for someone who submits a wrong report to get a job? We cannot let that be at the discretion of management. Every institution should have a proper code of conduct, which should be part of academics, as people will eventually face these realities. We can use modern technology to manage and understand this. I think the country is old enough to have this discussion.
Let’s fix the issues caused by emotional embarrassment and normalise them. Relationships and infidelity are matters of consent, nothing more. Let’s make it simple and based on individual autonomy. Let’s build the infrastructure with a timeline to produce results and close cases. The system should be able to resolve any case within a given timeline. They can request resources to expedite the process, and the fees and costs will be covered by those who committed the crime.
If anything is reported, an FIR should be registered. Every institution must maintain the necessary resources, activities, and funds. Let’s crowdfund these organisations to produce real results. Put cameras on every policeman. Put cameras in every office and screens outside the buildings so people can see what is happening in public offices. If the Parliament can have this transparency, why not the bureaucracy?
We need to Improve the entire pipeline from reported crime to delivering justice. If we cannot find a missing person in broad daylight, how can we trust the system. We should study these use cases in R&D where students can pursue real Ph.D.s on real topics, ensuring money spent on academics is utilised effectively.
People should not appeal in every court. They should choose a court, and that judgment should be final 90% of the time. If 3-5 judgments by a judge are challenged and proven partial, judges will be removed from the court and sentenced to life imprisonment, with the recovery of all money they earned. Let’s build a committee that monitors each judgment and publishes a report on a platform that will be studied in higher education—covering social, cultural, law, and management courses.
Citizens can pay for a committee of people to investigate any anomaly on demand. Let’s make, this transparent; every course of action by the court, police, and administration involved in the process leading to a judgment should be subject to penalties for accountability. If they are not ready for that, they are not eligible for the job. Let’s ensure that salaries and funding are tied to officials ability to deliver justice and earn the people’s faith. Property details of the judge and their extended family will be mapped and monitored by the latest tech and tools.
It is a shame as a society that the judiciary has to tell us the value of a life partner. but recent remarks from the Supreme Court on women and family are really degrading. Create a proper rulebook for each institution—its finances, R&D, timeline, working objectives, and values. Let’s get our hands dirty.
